Adam Stewart is a Jamaican businessman and the Deputy Chairman of Sandals Resorts International. He is the son of Gordon "Butch" Stewart, the founder of Sandals Resorts International.
Adam Stewart was born in 1981 in Kingston, Jamaica. He attended the University of Miami, where he earned a degree in business administration.
Adam Stewart began his career in the hospitality industry in 2001, when he joined the family business, Sandals Resorts International. He quickly rose through the ranks and was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2008.
In addition to his role at Sandals Resorts International, Adam Stewart is also the Chairman of the ATL Group, a conglomerate of companies in Jamaica. He is also the Chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
Adam Stewart is an active philanthropist and has been involved in numerous charitable initiatives in Jamaica. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Jamaica National Building Society.

Stewart was raised in Jamaica and graduated from Florida International University’s Hospitality Management Program in Miami, FL.
On May 4, 2017, it was announced that Starbucks had entered into a licensing agreement with Caribbean Coffee Traders Limited (CCTL), for it to own and operate Starbucks stores in Jamaica. Caribbean Coffee Traders Limited (CCTL) is a joint venture between Ian Dear, Chief Executive Officer of Margaritaville Caribbean Group area franchisee of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville and Adam Stewart.
Starbucks opened its first store on the island in Montego Bay, St James on November 21, 2017. The company as well as local licensee Caribbean Coffee Baristas Limited (CCB) have plans to roll out a further 14 stores in Jamaica by 2020.
In August 2016, Stewart was conferred upon the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) for outstanding service to tourism and the hotel sector.
In January 2016, ATL Automotive signed an agreement to become Regional Master Dealers for BMW and MINI in Jamaica and eight countries throughout the Caribbean.
