He has also produced television shows such as The Cosby Show (1984-1992) and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990-1996). Fisher was born on July 17, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in business administration. After college, he began working in the entertainment industry, first as a production assistant and then as a production manager. Fisher has been married twice. His first marriage was to actress and singer Diahann Carroll, with whom he had a daughter, Suzanne. His second marriage was to actress and singer Diana Ross, with whom he had two sons, Ross and Evan.
