He has also served as a member of the Italian Senate from 1976 to 1983. Ronchey studied law at the University of Rome and graduated in 1950. He then worked as a journalist for the newspaper Il Tempo and the magazine L'Espresso. In the 1960s, he became a prominent figure in the Italian political scene, serving as a member of the Italian Senate from 1976 to 1983. Ronchey has written several books on Italian culture, politics, and history. His works include "The Italian Miracle" (1962), "The Italian Revolution" (1966), and "The Italian Republic" (1970). He has also written several books on the history of the Italian language, including "The Italian Language" (1974) and "The Italian Language in the World" (1977).
