Alois Schnorbus is a 68-year-old German bobsledder who was born on 12 January, 1952 in Winterberg, Germany. He is a two-time Olympic medalist, having won a gold medal in the four-man bobsleigh at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo and a bronze medal in the two-man bobsleigh at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. Schnorbus began his bobsleigh career in 1975 and competed in the World Championships from 1979 to 1991. He also competed in the European Championships from 1979 to 1991, winning a total of four medals. Schnorbus retired from bobsleigh in 1991 and has since become a coach. He is currently the head coach of the German bobsleigh team. As of 2021, Alois Schnorbus's net worth is estimated to be roughly $1 million.
