Abisai Shiningayamwe is a Namibian politician and former Member of Parliament for the ruling SWAPO party. He was born in Walvis Bay, Namibia, and is currently 46 years old. Shiningayamwe attended the University of Namibia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration. He then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in International Relations at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Shiningayamwe has been a Member of Parliament since 2010, and is currently the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Immigration. He is also a member of the SWAPO party's Central Committee and the party's National Executive Committee. Shiningayamwe is married and has two children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing football and cricket. He is also a passionate advocate for the rights of Namibian citizens.
