2019 – Entered in Top-5 rating of the most influential Odessa residents according to "Novoye Vremya" magazine.

The terminal operated since in June 2018 in a test-mode. In September 2019 it has been officially opened and renamed to Neptune.

In 2018, he joined the Supervisory Board of Jewish Confederation of Ukraine, which is part of World Jewish Congress under the leadership of Ronald Lauder.

A. Stavnitser has been supporting charity organizations and social initiatives for many years, in particular, the group ‘Corporation of monsters’ (is guiding Odesa Municipal Hospital and several boarding schools in Odesa region), CF ‘Change one life’ (deals with the problems of learners in boarding schools).

Also, A.Stavnitser is a volunteer at the Center of Social Innovations Impact Hub Odessa. With the support of the Center in Odesa, dozens of social projects were realized, in particular, ‘Taxi Turbota’ – the first taxi in Ukraine for people with disabilities.

In 2017, Andrey Stavnitser was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Aspen Institute Kyiv.

In 2016, Mr Stavnitser's company МV Cargo signed up the agreement with the American food company Cargill about building the grain terminal with 5 million tonnes capacity, in cooperation with EBRD and IFC. Overall price of the joint project made more than $150 mln. Share of A. Stavnitser and his brother Yegor Grebennikov in the project makes 49%.

In 2016 A. Stavnitser and Philipp Grushko, the head of business-development for MV Cargo, established a boutique investment bank SD-Capital giving consulting services and guiding the international investment projects in transport, infrastructure, agricultural investment projects.

In 2016 A. Stavnitser and Pavel Kozlov established the radio station Radio MORE.FM. in Odesa.

In 2016 A. Stavnitser organized the large-scale grain conference Grain Ukraine, where reputable international experts and the most influential representatives of national agricultural market met together.

2016 - Man of the year in water transport, National Marine Rating. A.Stavnitser made a decision to refuse from the prize in favor of Shota Khadzhishvilli who built the grain terminal Risoil in «Chornomorsk» port.

In 2015, А. Stavnitser became one of the book characters of a famous British journalist Tim Judah “In Wartime: Stories from Ukraine”.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Odesa (2014), member of the Supervisory Board of The Aspen Institute Kyiv, member of the Supervisory Board of Jewish Confederation of Ukraine.

In 2014 A. Stavnitser was granted an exequatur of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Odesa. Consular district covers Odesa and the region.

After the beginning of the war conflict in the East of Ukraine in April, 2014, patriotic actions are regularly conducted in Odesa with the support of A.Stavnitser. On his initiative, TIS company purchases equipment and medicine for Ukrainian Armed Forces in АТО zone. In Autumn, 2014, the company forwarded aid to the Army of about 4 million UAH, in particular 200 thousands UAH on the account of Odesa Hospital for wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

Andrey Stavnitser is the founder of Time to Live Project, aimed at caring and organizing the leisure for the senior citizens. One of the first directions in the charitable project is Good Lunch, a network of free meals places for the oldest old. According to Stavnitser, he was inspired by a well-known businessman Garik Korogodskiy, whose organization – Zhizneluyb – is engaged in helping senior citizens.

2012 – I.I. Mechnikov Odesa National University, specialty – organization management and administrating, graduated with distinction.

In 2010, A. Stavnitser became the Head of International Association of Ports and Harbours from Ukraine. TIS is the only port in Ukraine that got membership in this prestige professional organization.

2001 – received the degree of Executive MBA in French Institute HCMS, Moscow, the Russian Federation.

In 2001 occupied the position of an assistant to the chief dispatcher for the company TIS in Yuzhnyi Port. After 6 years and various positions in different divisions of the company, became a CEO and holds this position until now.

Mr Stavnitser is one of TIS owners. The company was established in 1994 by Andrey's father – Aleksei Stavnitser (1942-2011).

Andrey Stavnitser (born in June 19, 1982, Tyrnyauz, Kabardino-Balkar Republic) is the Ukrainian businessman, co-owner and CEO of TIS, co-owner (in JV with Cargill Corporation) of Neptune grain terminal, co-owner of P&O Maritime Ukraine, subsidiary of the world's biggest Marine Service Operator P&O Maritime, founding partner of SD CapitalInvestment Company.
