He then moved to New York City to work at the advertising agency BBDO, where he worked on campaigns for major brands such as Pepsi, Burger King, and AT&T. Sims has won numerous awards for his work, including the Clio Award, the Art Directors Club Award, and the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival Award.
