He also had a brief stint in the United States with the Tampa Bay Rowdies in 1979. Arturzinho was known for his speed and agility on the pitch, and was a prolific goalscorer. He scored over 200 goals in his career, and was the top scorer in the Brazilian league in 1976. He was also part of the Brazilian national team that won the Copa America in 1983. At the end of Arthurzinho was a coach. He began his career in Vitória, won mastery for a player in 1997. same year was in Fluminense.
