In 2017 he founded his own talent (rep) agency and was later joined by Alexander Dengler. An American entrepreneur within the technology world and the son of legendary German-American pilot Dieter Dengler.
On November 1st, 2016, Hendrikx became the Sr. Creative Producer at an exciting new-model communications firm called "Anomaly".
On 14-03-14 Hendrikx found himself at the SXSW festival being right at the crash where driver Rashad Owens plowed his car into a crowd killing four people including Hendrikx' friend and former co-worker of MassiveMusic Steven Craenmehr, 35, of Amsterdam. Hendrikx went on a 1-year sabbatical and moved back to Amsterdam to be closer to friends and family.
Together with Parasol's management team, Haxholm and Hendrikx implemented the right strategies to win 11 Cannes Lions including the 'Grand Prix for Good' (BBDO's/WWF: "The Ant Rally"), and Saatchi's "Days of Hope" to become Germany's 5th in 2013, and 3rd in 2014 most creative production company.
In November 2012, Hendrikx was asked by the Management team to build Parasol Island's satellite office (October 2012) in Berlin. This with Ex. producer Søren Haxholm. Hendrikx and Haxholm strategically hired Innovation Director Stephan Wever (later became a film director), Head of Creative Talent Dana Møgeltønder, and made a strategic alliance deal with PassionRAW (part of Passion Pictures) in London.
In February 2009, Hendrikx also founded VenSwichPhotography and signed legendary Rock Photographer Mick Rock. After five years Hendrikx had to file for Bankruptcy cause of the collapse of Music Video market and the mortgage and overall crisis in the state of California. Pulling himself out disappointment Hendrikx became a Sr. Talent Executive on the successful 7 season, Dutch 30% market share, Endemol TV series 'Ushi'. Where he was in charge of celebrity recruitment in the likes of Shannen Doherty, Janice Dickinson, Sheree J. Wilson, Hulk Hogan, Daniel Karaty, La Toya Jackson and Larry Hagman. After the inspiring Dutch TV experience Hendrikx became the new business and strategy manager for a global Dutch music for picture agency called MassiveMusic, and the Executive Producer and partner at Toranga. Toranga is a Dutch independent creative bureau based in Amsterdam that specializes in the development and distribution of television formats.
Hendrikx also worked on the Feature Film Street Kings (2008), A Fox Searchlight and Regency Enterprises production starring Academy award winner Forest Whitaker and Keanu Reeves again for Producer Lucas Foster. After this inspiring period, Hendrikx founded a production company called VenSwichFilms, operating from Amsterdam and Los Angeles.
While touring VH1 was filming the TV-series The Rock Life (2007) ,which follows the band in a 'rockumentary' format as they attempt to make it in the music business. From a crew member, Bart quickly evolved into a character in the show. Bart played the character of the band's assistant.
In November 2006, while filming his first short film called God's Way Love (2007) at Joshua Tree, Bart was asked by lead singer Cisco Adler to join his Malibu, CA rock band Whitestarr on tour through the United States and Canada. Lead singer Cisco Adler is the son of well-known American record producer and Director Lou Adler and the drummer Alex Orbison is the son of music legend Roy Orbison.
