Bubba Scott is an American football coach who has been involved in the sport for over 60 years. He was born on April 24, 1927 in Prattville, Alabama. Scott attended Auburn University, where he played football and was a member of the 1950 National Championship team. After college, he served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Scott began his coaching career in 1954 at his alma mater, Auburn University. He then moved on to coach at the University of Alabama, where he was an assistant coach from 1958 to 1966. He then moved on to coach at the University of South Alabama, where he was the head coach from 1967 to 1972. Scott has been inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame and the Mobile Sports Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Auburn University Athletics Hall of Fame. At the age of 85, Scott is still actively involved in football, serving as a consultant for the University of South Alabama. He is also a motivational speaker and has written several books about his life and experiences in football. Scott has an estimated net worth of $2 million.
