Cecilia Milone

The summer season of 2008 was arduous filled with several opportunities from a musical called "Mujeres Bonitas," by Bianchedi and Gonzalez Gil starring with Patricia Palmer, Laura Oliva, Natalia Lobo and Emme. She also host a radio show "Yo soy la morocha" five days a week on Radio Breezes 98. 5. Milone did not stop there she directed, wrote and produced her first musical "Amores de Tango," a tribute to Mariano Mores. For this Milone was nominated again for an "Estrella de Mar. " She also received an honor by the Deliberative council of the Party of General Pueyrredon in the City of Mar del Plata.

In 2006, she wrote another one woman show called "Recuerdos Surtidos" in el Hotel Costa Galana and toured the rest of the year in Argentina. Gerardo Sofovich recruits Milone again for "Morocha y Pasional," presented at the Metropolitan 2, a tango show with an important body of dancers, musicians and a luxurious six-month production by Gerardo Sofovich.

In 2005 she returned to television in the series "Los secretos de papá" until she was beckoned back to the stage opening next to Carlos Perciavalle in the Teatro Metropolitan "Corrientes esquina Glamour," a variety show produced and directed by Gerardo Sofovich.

From 2002 to 2004 Milone was in one leading role after another in shows like "Poné to Francella," showcasing her as a comedienne, "El show de las divorciadas," and starred in "Drácula, el musical" for a second time alongside Juan Rodó.

In 2000, inspired by her self titled play she released her first record "Besos Brujos" produced by Universal.

The actress and singer wrote a tango show called "Cecilia Milone, entre tangos y boleros," in 1999 and performed at La Subasta in Mar del Plata and at El Complejo La Plaza in Buenos Aires.

In 1993, she got her first television job in the prime series "Son de Diez". Later that same year she obtained her first TV contract on Channel 9 in the series "Con Pecado Concebidas". Since then she has been cast in several different television series such as "Verdad Consecuencia", due to her success she is asked by the production company Pol-ka to join the cast in "Gasoleros" as Dr. Isabel Panigassi. The impact Milone made with her television career was just the beginning of her popularity to come. Among her other theater works, she's been in "Boeing Boeing," with Rodolfo Ranni, Fabian Gianola and Ana Acosta, in which she was nominated for an "Estrella de Mar" for the role of Judith. "Boeing Boeing" was a success both at the Neptune Theater in Mar del Plata and the Teatro Astral in Buenos Aires.

Cecilia Milone native to Buenos Aires began her creative career at the age of 16 taking private scenic art lessons with María Vaner and after her last year of high school she continued private acting courses. In 1987, Milone studied the vocal style of Bel Canto with Susana Rossi with whom she is still in training. Due to her hard work and visible talent she is chose to play the lead in "Drácula, el musical", a piece written and directed by Pepe Cibrián, with musical arrangements by Mahler Angel. Milone was part involved in the soundtrack for the stage and tours of the show. Through the character of Mina Murray, she makes her professional debut in front of 5. 500 spectators at Luna Park in Buenos Aires. "Drácula" becomes an instant hit.
