Just before graduating college on May 23, 2016, Chambers joined the artist co-op NEXT Gallery. That same year he had his first solo show and was juried into the Oil Painters of America Art Guild. He also made contributions to the Huffington Post about art and philosophy.
From 2008 to 2011 Chambers briefly attended Colorado State University while pursuing a Civil Engineering degree. Chambers nearly completed the program, earning academic credits in STEM. After a harsh breakup, Chambers decided that engineering was not the right career path for him. For the next few years, Chambers worked as a freelancer, optimizing AdWords accounts, creating websites, and analyzing data. In 2013 Chambers started donating paintings to "Project Worthmore", a charity which helps Burmese Refugees integrate into society. That Spring, Chambers had his first two-person show at the Denver Art Society and enrolled in Metro State University’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program. That winter Chambers was featured in the Huffington Post for creating the “most offensive painting ever”. During the following months he was featured in List 25 and had an interview with FilterFreeAmerika. At the end of 2013, Chambers was hired as a Digital Strategist for the PeaceJam's Nobel Peace Prize-nominated One Billion Acts of Peace Campaign. While at PeaceJam, Chambers managed a $40,000 a month Google Adwords account, made recommendations to improve website performance, and created digital strategies such as the Billion Acts of Peace Hero Awards.
Cedric Alessandro Chambers was born on June 16, 1990 in Denver, Colorado, where he now resides. In an interview, Chambers revealed that his father gave him the name "Cedric" so that he could be a playwright without having the burden of picking a pseudonym. In 2006 while attending Chatfield Senior Highschool, Chambers was an active member of the arts community. At age 16 Chambers was the youngest member of the Ken Caryl Art Guild.
Chambers is also known for his controversial painting The Prophets. The Christian Post compared the painting to the controversial 1987 photograph Piss Christ by Andres Serrano. The artwork depicts Star Wars fictional character Darth Vader carrying Jesus from the ruins of the formerly-known Twin Towers in New York City that were destroyed in the September 11 attacks. In November 2013, the painting received national attention. The painting has been called by David Moye, staff writer at the Huffington Post, as one of the most offensive paintings ever created. List 25 claimed that some of the most famous painters in history were also known for the creation of offensive paintings, and listed Chambers's painting with paintings by Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo.
