Chang Feng-hsu is a Taiwanese politician who served as the Minister of the Interior from 1993 to 1996. He was born on 5 August 1928 in Mantan, Tōkō, Takao Prefecture, Taiwan, Empire of Japan (today Wandan, Pingtung, Taiwan). He is currently 86 years old. Chang Feng-hsu graduated from the National Taiwan University in 1951 and obtained a master's degree in political science from the University of Michigan in 1956. He then returned to Taiwan and served in various government positions, including as the Director of the Department of Civil Affairs and the Director of the Department of Social Affairs. In 1993, Chang Feng-hsu was appointed as the Minister of the Interior and served in this position until 1996. He was also a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1999 to 2002.
