In 2012 she crossed over to mainstream broadcasting when she was invited to work on CBS' Entertainment Tonight (1981), interviewing such major international stars as Tom Hanks, Halle Berry and Sofía Vergara.
In 2012 she had a role as an Hispanic newscaster in one of the most successful and prestigious shows in US television history, 30 Rock (2006) (30 Rock: Kidnapped by Danger (2012), and the next year worked on the sitcom HitStreak (2013). .
Having achieved success in her native country, in 2010 she traveled to the United States when she was hired by Univision, the #1 Hispanic TV network, as host of the show Mira Quién Baila (2010), the equivalent of Dancing with the Stars (2005).
She has also become the host of Univision's #1-rated show, Nuestra Belleza Latina (2006).
She played leading roles in the soap operas Cosita rica (2003) and Mambo y canela (2002), among others.
