Unlike many models that segue into acting, Claudia started modeling during the commercial SAG strike in the year 2000. She built a portfolio working in advertising campaigns, fashion catalogs, book covers and lifestyle shoots, both nationally and internationally.
Claudia made her film debut in 1998 as the femme fatale female lead Sasha Rollins in the Independent Film The Definite Maybe (aka No Money Down) alongside Bob Balaban and Josh Lucas.
She continued working on Off-Broadway plays and made her Television debut in 1995 with the recurring role of Delia on One Life to Live. She has worked in various television shows, including guest-star and recurring roles.

Claudia Cristina Rocafort is an international actress, dancer, voiceover artist, spokesperson, certified Life Coach and Communications Coach. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Claudia got her passion for film from her father, Juan Antonio Rocafort, a film producer in Spain, and her love of the theater from her mother Aura Siso, and grandmother, both New York born and avid theater lovers. Her father's side of the family is Spanish and on her mother's side Claudia is of New York, Venezuelan, Colombian, English and Scottish descent. Claudia's love of the stage began with her first ballet recital when she was five. She went to an American school in Venezuela and grew up bilingually. She then attended The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, CT, where she continued her dance training, began performing in musicals and took choreography classes. In 1987 she was awarded the Genevra Minor Darling Dance Cup and performed as a dancer for 18 years. Claudia acquired her BA with a double major in Drama and Art History from Tufts University in Boston.
