Dan Jancevski is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was born on June 15, 1981 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Jancevski began his professional career in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Windsor Spitfires in 1998. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut with the Lightning during the 2002–03 season. Jancevski has also played for the Dallas Stars, Phoenix Coyotes, and the Montreal Canadiens. He signed with the Maple Leafs in 2011 and has been with the team ever since. Jancevski is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have two children together. He is an active member of the community and is involved in various charitable organizations. On June 9, 2008, Jancevski was re-signed by the Stars to a two-year contract.

2007

Jancevski signed a one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Lightning on July 6, 2007. Dan started the 2007-08 season with the Lightning's affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals. He received his first recall on November 21, 2007 and played in 2 games before he was returned to the Admirals. Jancevski was then traded back to Dallas for Junior Lessard on January 15, 2008.

1999

Jancevski was drafted 66th overall in the 2nd round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Dallas Stars. In 2006, he signed with Montreal as a free agent he was then assigned to the Canadiens' AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs, where he helped the Bulldogs to the Calder Cup.
