Holger Sundström is a Swedish sailor who has competed in the Olympic Games and the America's Cup. He was born on 17 April 1925 in Göteborg, Sweden. Sundström began sailing at the age of 12 and competed in his first Olympic Games in 1948. He went on to compete in the 1952, 1956, 1960, and 1964 Olympic Games, winning a bronze medal in the Star class in 1960. In addition to his Olympic success, Sundström also competed in the America's Cup in 1958, 1964, and 1970. He was the skipper of the Swedish boat, Sverige, in the 1970 America's Cup. At the age of 98, Holger Sundström is still actively involved in sailing. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Yacht Club and is a regular competitor in the Swedish Match Cup.
