Jeff Bandura is a Canadian musician, songwriter, and producer. He is best known for his work with the band The Tragically Hip, for which he was the lead guitarist and backing vocalist. He has also released several solo albums and collaborated with other artists. Bandura was born in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada. He began playing guitar at the age of 12 and was soon playing in local bands. He attended the University of British Columbia and studied music theory and composition. In 1984, Bandura joined The Tragically Hip, replacing founding member Dave "Rave" Desroches. He remained with the band until their final show in 2016. During his time with the band, he wrote and co-wrote several songs, including "New Orleans Is Sinking" and "Bobcaygeon". In addition to his work with The Tragically Hip, Bandura has released several solo albums, including "The Bandura Project" (1995), "The Long Road Home" (1998), and "The Way Home" (2001). He has also collaborated with other artists, including Sarah McLachlan, The Rankin Family, and The Barenaked Ladies. As of 2021, Jeff Bandura's net worth is estimated to be roughly $2 million.
