Jørgen Munk Plum is a Danish former athlete who competed in the javelin throw. He was born on 16 July 1925 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics and won a bronze medal in the javelin throw. Plum was a member of the Danish national team from 1945 to 1952. He won the Danish national javelin throw championship in 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, and 1952. He also won the Nordic javelin throw championship in 1947 and 1948. Plum was a member of the Danish Olympic team in 1948 and 1952. He won a bronze medal in the javelin throw at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London. He also competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, but did not medal. Plum retired from competitive athletics in 1952. He later worked as a coach and administrator in the sport. He was inducted into the Danish Sports Hall of Fame in 2002. Plum is 86 years old. He has not revealed any information about his dating life or family. His net worth is not known.
