Ken Trevallion was an Australian professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 1950s. He played for the Newcastle Rugby League club, the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the St. George Dragons. He was a member of the Rabbitohs' 1949 premiership-winning team. Trevallion was born in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia on 17 July 1925. He was a talented sportsman, playing rugby league, cricket and tennis. He was a member of the Newcastle Rugby League club from 1945 to 1949, before joining the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 1950. He was a member of the Rabbitohs' 1949 premiership-winning team. Trevallion was a versatile player, playing in the centres, wing and fullback positions. He was known for his speed and agility, and was a prolific try-scorer. He was selected to represent New South Wales in 1951 and 1952. Trevallion joined the St. George Dragons in 1953 and played for them until his retirement in 1956. He was a member of the Dragons' 1955 premiership-winning team. Trevallion died on 28 August, 2009 at the age of 84.

After the war Ken attended the University of Sydney and then went on to work at the Reserve Bank of Australia. He left the bank in 1961 and followed his brothers into the motor business. He established Kenyon Truck Sales Pty Ltd in 1965 and National Truck Spares Pty Ltd in 1985.

1950

In 1950, he married Barbara Ethel Gould and they had 4 sons:Nicholas, James, Bernard and Adrian.

1943

He joined the RAAF in 1943 and served with the No. 148 Squadron RAF, in Italy and Egypt, as a tail gunner flying on Vickers Wellington, Handley Page Halifax and Consolidated B-24 Liberator bombers. Ken was discharged from the RAF with the rank of Warrant Officer in 1945.
