Mark Pigott is an American businessman and philanthropist. He is the executive chairman of PACCAR, a Fortune 500 company that designs, manufactures, and distributes heavy-duty trucks, parts, and services. He is also the chairman of the board of trustees of the University of Washington.
Pigott was born in San Francisco, California, on February 6, 1954. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1976 with a degree in business administration. He then joined PACCAR, where he worked in various positions, including president and chief operating officer. In 1996, he was appointed chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
