He is the founder and CEO of the M'Boge Group, a conglomerate of companies that provide services in the areas of construction, engineering, and hospitality. He is also the founder of the M'Boge Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of people in The Gambia. M'Boge was born in Banjul, The Gambia, and attended the University of The Gambia, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. After graduating, he worked in the banking sector before founding the M'Boge Group in 2006. M'Boge is a passionate philanthropist and has been involved in numerous charitable initiatives in The Gambia. He is a board member of the Gambia Red Cross Society and a member of the African Leadership Network. He is also a member of the African Union's African Business Council. 2019

M’Boge started his coaching career in 2004 whilst studying at Loughborough University, where he also gained his MSc. in Multimedia & Computing as well as his BSc. in Computing & Management and where he coached his teams to consecutive national league titles between 2005 and 2007.

2018

As head coach of the Gambia national under-20 football team he secured the 2018 WAFU/FOX U-20 Tournament title in his first international assignment. The tournament was hosted by Liberia and the Young Scorpions were the only unbeaten team in the tournament. This was the first ever trophy at U-20 level for the country and M'Boge became the first Gambian head coach to win an international trophy and also became the youngest coach to achieve this accolade so far.

2017

He was promoted to work with the senior national team as assistant coach, before being interviewed for the head coach role when it became vacant and finally being confirmed in a revamped backroom team following the appointment of Sang Ndong as head coach. He was promoted as Head Coach of the U20 national team in October 2017.

2014

He was appointed as head coach of Real de Banjul F.C. in April 2014 taking over from Belgian coach Franky van de Velde and successfully led the team in impressive fashion to win the GFF First Division championship with two games to spare, setting the record for most goals scored in a season and number of points. The run to the league championship included some high-scoring victories and was notable as he took over with the team in fourth place following a six-point deduction for fielding ineligible players.

He was part of the national team setup that won an invitational tournament in Mbour, Senegal in November 2014 before he was appointed U17 Head Coach in April 2015 on a two-year contract. Prior to this, he was assigned as Assistant Head Coach for the national team for a 1-0 friendly win over Mauritania which was the first game in over 18 months for the Gambia national football team. He continued in his role as Assistant Head Coach for the CHAN team which was knocked out in the qualifying round for CHAN 2016 by rivals Senegal losing 1-3 in Dakar and 0-1 in Banjul.

He has also appeared as a television and radio pundit, analysing the World Cup in 2014, African Nations Cup in 2015 and Euro 2016 for national television station GRTS.

2007

Since 2007, he has worked with several Academies across the UK, before coaching the reserves at Harrow Borough FC winning a national league and cup double in 2010, then Hampton & Richmond Borough FC, with his most recent position as Academy Coach at Barnet FC.
