Nana Amoakoh is a Ghanaian politician who has served in various capacities in the government of Ghana. He was born on 15 March 1958 in Ghana. He is currently the Member of Parliament for the Akuapem North Constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Nana Amoakoh is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Ghana. Nana Amoakoh has served in various capacities in the government of Ghana. He was the Minister of State in charge of Public Sector Reforms from 2001 to 2005. He was also the Minister of State in charge of Presidential Affairs from 2005 to 2009. Nana Amoakoh is currently the Member of Parliament for the Akuapem North Constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He is also the Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Affairs.
