Oliver Roggisch is a German former handball player who played for the German national team and won the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He was born on 25 August 1978 in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. Roggisch started his career in the youth team of VfL Pfullingen and then moved to the Bundesliga team of SG Wallau-Massenheim. In 2000, he joined the Bundesliga team of HSG Düsseldorf and in 2003 he moved to the Bundesliga team of THW Kiel. Roggisch was part of the German national team that won the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He was also part of the German team that won the silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Roggisch retired from professional handball in 2013. He currently works as a handball coach and is the head coach of the German women's national team. As of 2021, Oliver Roggisch's net worth is estimated to be around $1 million.

Roggisch is a World champion from 2007 with the German national team. He participated for the German team that finished fourth at the 2008 European Men's Handball Championship.
