Peter Fluck is a British writer, director, and producer. He is best known for his work on the satirical puppet show Spitting Image, which he co-created with Roger Law. He has also written and directed several films, including The Great Muppet Caper (1981) and The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992). Fluck was born in London, England, and studied at the Royal College of Art. He began his career in the 1960s as a cartoonist for the satirical magazine Private Eye. In the late 1970s, he and Law created the puppet show Spitting Image, which ran for 12 years and won numerous awards. Fluck has also written and directed several films, including The Great Muppet Caper (1981), The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992), and Muppet Treasure Island (1996). He has also written and directed several television shows, including The Muppet Show (1976-1981) and Muppets Tonight (1996-1998). Fluck is currently retired and living in London. He is 80 years old.
