Princess Faika of Egypt was the daughter of King Fuad I of Egypt and his second wife, Nazli Sabri. She was the eldest of the King's four daughters. She was educated at the Royal Palace in Cairo and at the University of Cairo. Princess Faika was married to Prince Muhammad Abdel Moneim, the son of Prince Muhammad Ali, on 28 April 1948. The couple had two children, Princess Faika and Prince Muhammad Ali. Princess Faika was a patron of the arts and was involved in many charitable causes. She was a member of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society and the Egyptian Women's Union. She was also a member of the Egyptian Royal Family Association. Princess Faika was a keen horsewoman and was a member of the Egyptian Equestrian Federation. She was also a keen gardener and was a member of the Egyptian Horticultural Society. Princess Faika died on 28 April, 2003 at the age of 77. She was buried in the Royal Cemetery in Cairo.
