He is currently the play-by-play announcer for the Dallas Stars, along with Daryl "Razor" Reaugh as the color analyst. Strangis' play-by-play has been featured on such networks as ESPN, FoxSports Southwest, ABC Radio, DirecTV, Westwood One Radio and Armed Forces Radio.
