Teodoro Goliardi is a Uruguayan fencer who competed in the individual and team épée events at the 1952 and 1956 Summer Olympics. He won a bronze medal in the team event in 1956. Goliardi was born on 28 May 1927 in Montevideo, Uruguay. He began fencing at the age of 15 and was a member of the Uruguayan national team from 1947 to 1960. He won the South American Championship in 1951 and the Pan American Championship in 1954. Goliardi was a three-time Olympian, competing in the individual and team épée events at the 1952 and 1956 Summer Olympics. He won a bronze medal in the team event in 1956. Goliardi retired from competitive fencing in 1960 and became a fencing coach. He was the coach of the Uruguayan national team from 1960 to 1972 and the coach of the Uruguayan Olympic team in 1972. Goliardi is considered one of the greatest fencers in Uruguayan history. He was inducted into the Uruguayan Sports Hall of Fame in 2002.
