Vince Frost

In November 2014 Vince Frost released his second publication, Design Your Life. It took Frost, more than 25 years as a professional to appreciate the power of the design process as a means for improving his life, and as a result he has created 15 simple, but solid principles that can be used to make personal change for the better. Frost's Design Your Life® book aims to inspire, motivate and lead by example. It features a range of interviews from renowned influencers including Scott Dadich, Editor of Wired, Place User Experience expert Natalie Slessor, trend forecaster and CEO of The Future Laboratory and LS:N Global, Chris Sanderson and David Allen founder of Getting Things Done®. It also reveals some very raw accounts of Frost's upbringing, including his struggle to beat a hyperactive growth hormone in his adolescence years that saw him battling to walk. It is that very same determination that has led to his present professional position as one of the world's leading graphic designers, and in turn his recent success in tackling his personal health and wellbeing issues.

In 2003 Vince relocated to Sydney Australia, from where he now runs an internationally focused creative ideas studio of 40 people, Frost*collective.

In November 1994 he formed his own consultancy, Frost Design in London, creating award-winning work for clients from The Independent newspaper to Nike.

In 1989 he joined Pentagram on a full-time basis before becoming their youngest associate, just three years later, at the age of 27
