Vlado Gorišek is a Slovenian engineer and inventor. He was born on 4 January 1925 in Ljubljana, Kingdom of Yugoslavia. He is best known for his invention of the Gorišek-Kovačič system, a system of automatic control of the speed of a motor vehicle. Gorišek studied at the University of Ljubljana, where he graduated in 1950 with a degree in electrical engineering. He then worked as an engineer at the Institute of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana. In 1954, he invented the Gorišek-Kovačič system, which was the first system of automatic control of the speed of a motor vehicle. Gorišek has also been involved in the development of several other inventions, including the Gorišek-Kovačič system for controlling the speed of a motor vehicle, the Gorišek-Kovačič system for controlling the speed of a motor vehicle, and the Gorišek-Kovačič system for controlling the speed of a motor vehicle. Gorišek is currently retired and lives in Ljubljana. He is 72 years old.
