Ana is patron of UK charity Chrysalis which supports transgender people. In January 2019 she appeared on the BBC TV show Mastermind with Chrysalis as her chosen charity.
She currently presents a weekly show on BBC Radio 2 from 00:00 to 02:00 on Sunday mornings. The show was titled Disco Devotion from April 2017. The final edition thus titled was broadcast on June 10, 2018, before the show changed its name to Dance Devotion.
She performed a live DJ set at Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park on September 10, 2018 and will host a New Year's Eve 2018 show for the channel.
As of May 2018 Matronic also frequently sits in for Sara Cox when Cox is unavailable or covering Trevor Nelson Monday-Thursday between 22:00 and 00:00 on BBC Radio 2.
