Arnie Robinson is an American actor and former professional athlete. He was born on April 7, 1948 in San Diego, California. He is best known for his role as "The Kid" in the movie The Last American Hero (1973). Robinson was a track and field athlete, competing in the long jump and triple jump. He won the gold medal in the long jump at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany. He also won the silver medal in the triple jump at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada. Robinson began his acting career in the early 1970s, appearing in several television shows and movies. He had a recurring role in the television series The White Shadow (1978-1981). He also appeared in the films The Last American Hero (1973), The Greatest (1977), and The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh (1979). Robinson has also appeared in several television commercials, including for McDonald's, Pepsi, and Nike. Robinson is estimated to have a net worth of around $2 million.
