Barbara Warren (artist) was an Irish artist and sculptor. She was born in Dublin, Irish Free State, on 28 August 1925. She studied at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and the Slade School of Fine Art in London. Warren was a member of the Royal Hibernian Academy and the Royal Ulster Academy. She was also a member of the Irish Arts Council and the Irish Sculptors Society. Warren's work was exhibited in numerous galleries and museums in Ireland and abroad, including the National Gallery of Ireland, the Ulster Museum, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Warren's sculptures were often abstract and often featured figures in motion. She was particularly known for her bronze sculptures, which she created using the lost wax technique. Warren was awarded the OBE in 1993 for her services to the arts. She died in Dublin in 2011, aged 86. Warren's work is held in many public and private collections, including the National Gallery of Ireland, the Ulster Museum, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
