She is best known for her appearances on the NBC Sports Network show, "The Ski Channel". Schaaf began snowboarding at the age of 12 and quickly rose to the top of the sport. She was a member of the US Snowboarding Team from 1998 to 2002 and competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was also a member of the US Snowboarding Team from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, Schaaf retired from competitive snowboarding and began working as a television host. She has appeared on numerous shows, including "The Ski Channel", "The X Games", and "The World of X Games". She has also been featured in several snowboarding films, including "The Art of Flight" and "The Fourth Phase". Schaaf is currently the host of the NBC Sports Network show, "The Ski Channel".
