In early 2012, Brianna Meighan and her husband, Jon Hanna, welcomed the arrival of their first child in an intimate home-water birth at the couple's residence in Panama.

Had a small part in the 22nd James Bond 007 movie, Quantum of Solace (2008), and can be seen in the party scene, when "Camille" (Olga Kurylenko) and "Dominic Greene" (Mathieu Amalric) are walking on the balcony.

She graduated from Sweet Briar College with a degree in International Affairs in 2005. Brianna was cast as the host of Hot Properties, the ultra-popular travel series on the E! Entertainment Television and throughout her career, has hosted nearly a dozen shows for major international networks.

Had a small part in the movie, Patch Adams (1998), where she can be seen on the bus during the opening credits of the movie.
