Bruna Matsin is an award-winning French-American Actress. Born in the small town of Cambrai in Northern France, she has, however, spent most of her life in the United States. A rather late bloomer as per Industry standards, Matsin initially got into Law School after spending a year studying Political Science. Four years into it, and she was back to her one true love for the Performing Arts, leaving law school for the San Francisco Shelton Studios, before transferring to the Studio A. C. T. program of the prestigious American Conservatory Theater (A. C. T. ), under the Artistic Direction of Bruce Williams. While pursuing her acting career, Matsin has also garnered awards as a Writer, Filmmaker and Producer. Her directorial debut,"The Lollipop Thief", went on to win the "Best Family Short Film" Award at the 2015 San Diego International Kids' Film Festival. Coincidentally, her screenplay for animation, "The Fairy & The Princess", would win there again a year later, the recipient of the ""Final Draft Best Short Screenplay" Award, upon winning 3rd Place at Scriptamation, and after being nominated at the Back in the Box Festival. On the Production side, Matsin has also collaborated on edgy films such as "Too Hip for the Room: The Righteous Reign of Lord Buckley", a documentary Executive Produced by Alex Gibney, and on the award-winning film "Done In" starring Guy Henry ("Harry Potter, "Dolby City"), produced by S.
