Lindner Jr., the founder of American Financial Group. He attended the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Lindner began his career at American Financial Group in 1976, working in various roles in the company's insurance and financial services divisions. In 1995, he was named Co-CEO and Co-President of the company. In 2015, Lindner was named CEO of FC Cincinnati, a professional soccer team based in Cincinnati. Under his leadership, the team has seen tremendous success, including winning the 2018 USL Cup. Lindner is married to his wife, Mary, and they have three children. He is an active philanthropist, supporting numerous charities and organizations in the Cincinnati area.
