Chang Lih Kang is a Malaysian politician who is currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Kota Belud in Sabah. He was born on 23 October 1980 in Malaysian. Chang Lih Kang is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) and was elected to the Dewan Rakyat in the 2018 general election. He is a member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for the constituency of Kota Belud. Chang Lih Kang is married to Datin Noraini binti Ahmad and they have two children. Chang Lih Kang is a graduate of the University of Malaya, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the same university. Chang Lih Kang is an active member of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) and has held various positions in the party, including the Deputy Youth Chief of the MCA Sabah Division.
