She had two children, a son and a daughter. In her later years, Wald was active in the Screen Actors Guild and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She was also a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Connie Wald passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 103.
