He is the founder and CEO of Ingram Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in the financial services sector. He is also the founder and managing partner of Ingram Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology companies. Ingram began his career in finance at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the Investment Banking Division. He then moved to Credit Suisse, where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division. He has also held senior positions at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays Capital. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. In May 2017, Ingram was appointed Vice-President of Responsible Investment Research & Consulting at Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, California. From 2011 to 2017, Ingram worked at BT Pension Scheme (BTPS) and from 2008 to 2011, at Hermes Equity Ownership Services.
