Braga has written several novels, including "O Fio da Memória", "O Canto do Pássaro" (The Song of the Bird), "O Segredo do Olhar" (The Secret of the Look), and "O Mistério do Olhar" (The Mystery of the Look). She has also written several short stories and essays. Braga has won several awards for her work, including the Prémio Camões, the highest literary award in the Portuguese language, in 2003.
