Frank Kisekka is a former Ugandan boxer who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics. He was born on 22 December, 1926 in Namutamba, Uganda. Kisekka began his boxing career in the 1940s and competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, England. He was the first Ugandan to compete in the Olympics. He competed in the bantamweight division and lost his first match to American boxer, Joe Miceli. Kisekka was a three-time national champion in Uganda and was inducted into the Uganda Boxing Hall of Fame in 2008. He was also a member of the Uganda National Olympic Committee.
