Heidemarie Hatheyer was an Austrian actress who was active in the film industry from the late 1930s to the early 1960s. She is best known for her roles in the films The Great Love (1942), The White Horse Inn (1952), and The Captain from Köpenick (1956). Hatheyer was born on 8 April 1918 in Villach, Carinthia, Austria-Hungary. She began her career in the theater, and made her film debut in the 1937 film Der Engel mit der Posaune. She went on to appear in over 30 films, including the 1942 drama The Great Love, the 1952 musical The White Horse Inn, and the 1956 comedy The Captain from Köpenick. Hatheyer was married to actor and director Hans Quest from 1945 until his death in 1965. She died on 8 April, 2002 in Munich, Germany.

In 1936 she had her first stage engagement at the Theater an der Wien with Zarah Leander in "Axel an der Himmelstür" with music by Ralph Benatzky and lyrics by Paul Morgan and Hans Weigel.
