Igwe Kenneth Onyeneke Orizu III was the traditional ruler of Nnewi, a city in Anambra State, Nigeria. He was born on 30 October 1925 in Niger. He was the son of Igwe Orizu II and his mother was Lady Nwamma Orizu. He was educated at the Government College, Umuahia and the University of Ibadan. He was a successful businessman and a philanthropist. He was also a member of the Nigerian National Assembly from 1979 to 1983. Igwe Kenneth Onyeneke Orizu III was a respected leader in the Igbo community and was known for his commitment to the development of Nnewi. He was also a patron of the Nnewi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Igwe Kenneth Onyeneke Orizu III passed away on 28 April 2021 at the age of 98. He was survived by his wife, Lady Nwamma Orizu, and their children.
