J.T. Walsh was an American character actor who was best known for his roles in films such as Good Morning, Vietnam (1987), A Few Good Men (1992), and The Negotiator (1998). He was born on 28 September, 1943 in San Francisco, California. Walsh attended the University of San Francisco and graduated with a degree in business administration. He then went on to pursue a career in acting, appearing in numerous television shows and films throughout his career. Walsh was married to actress and producer Susan Landau from 1985 until his death in 1998. He had two children, a son and a daughter. Walsh was nominated for an Emmy Award for his role in the television movie The Burning Bed (1984). He also received a Golden Globe nomination for his role in the television movie The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom (1993). At the time of his death, Walsh had an estimated net worth of $2 million. He earned his wealth through his successful acting career.
