Jack Lendill is the older brother of the rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s for Leeds, Peter Lendill (birth registered 10 March 1936 in Leeds South district). Jack currently lives in Leeds, and has one child from his first marriage (Karen A. Lendill (birth registered during second ¼ 1959 (age 63–64) in Leeds district)), 2 children from his second marriage (Deborah Louise, b. (1969-12-06) 6 December 1969 (age 53) and Anthony Michael Owen, b. (1972-01-25) 25 January 1972 (age 50)), and seven grandchildren. He is an avid golfer, and he still can be seen at Headingley Rugby Stadium supporting the Leeds Rhinos.
