He is best known for his plays, which have been performed in many countries around the world. Langsner studied at the University of the Republic in Montevideo, where he graduated with a degree in law. He then went on to pursue a career in theater, writing and directing plays. He has written over 30 plays, including "The Last Supper" and "The House of the Seven Gables". Langsner has been awarded numerous awards for his work, including the National Prize for Literature in Uruguay in 1975, the National Prize for Theater in Uruguay in 1981, and the National Prize for Theater in Spain in 1985.
