Jeffrey "Jeff" R. King (born May 15, 1975) is a Republican member of the Kansas Senate, representing residents of Allen, Woodson, Anderson, Franklin, Coffey, Wilson, Montgomery, Elk, and Chautauqua counties in the 15th Senate District. He was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Derek Schmidt in the Kansas Senate 15th district, following Schmidt's election as Kansas Attorney General. King assumed office in the Kansas Senate on January 10, 2011, resigning from the House, effective the same day. He previously served in the Kansas House of Representatives, first holding office in 2007. In 2016, the American Conservative Union gave him a lifetime evaluation of 79%.
