Julian Wells is an American actress and writer. She is best known for her roles in the films The Craft (1996), The Faculty (1998), and Jawbreaker (1999). She has also appeared in television series such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, and The O.C. Wells was born in San Francisco, California, and raised in the Bay Area. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she studied theater and film. Wells began her acting career in the mid-1990s, appearing in the films The Craft and The Faculty. She also had a recurring role in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In 1999, she starred in the cult classic Jawbreaker. In the 2000s, Wells had guest roles in television series such as Charmed, The O.C., and CSI: Miami. She also appeared in the films The Rules of Attraction (2002) and The House of the Dead (2003). In recent years, Wells has focused on writing and producing. She wrote and produced the short film The Last Day of Summer (2009), which won the Best Short Film award at the San Francisco International Film Festival. She also wrote and produced the feature film The Perfect Host (2010). Wells currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
