Kevin Senio is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was born on June 7, 1978 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Calgary Flames, New York Islanders, and Phoenix Coyotes. Senio played junior hockey with the Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League (WHL) from 1995 to 1998. He was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the fourth round, 97th overall, of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft. Senio made his NHL debut with the Flames during the 1998–99 season. He played in a total of 28 games with the Flames over two seasons, scoring one goal and two assists. He was traded to the New York Islanders in 2000, and played in a total of 11 games with the Islanders over two seasons. Senio then signed with the Phoenix Coyotes in 2002, and played in a total of 11 games with the Coyotes over two seasons. He retired from professional hockey in 2004. Senio is currently the head coach of the Calgary Royals of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL). He is also the head coach of the Calgary Canucks of the Alberta Midget Hockey League (AMHL). 2013

Kevin Senio is a former New Zealand rugby union professional who most recently played professionally for ASM Clermont Auvergne. He is currently the head coach of Ponsonby Rugby club, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Senio is also a former All Black, making his debut after coming on for Piri Weepu against Australia in New Zealand's 34–24 win in the final match of the 2005 Tri Nations Series and is currently a Junior All Black. That is Senio's only test thus far into his career. During his time at Bay of Plenty, Senio played in a tour match against the British and Irish Lions and was later called into the Junior All Blacks tour of Australia against Australia A.

2006

After being the starting scrum-half for the first part of the season, Senio found himself battling it out for regular game time with rookie Andrew Ellis. However, Ellis was injured in the semi-final against the Bulls and Senio started the 2006 Super 14 Final against the Hurricanes. The day after the final, Senio was selected for the Junior All Blacks to play in the inaugural Pacific Five Nations tournament.

2005

Senio signed a two-year deal with the Canterbury Rugby Football Union (CRFU) on 26 September 2005, making him eligible to play for the Crusaders, after former Canterbury and Crusaders half-back, Justin Marshall, left to play in England following the 2005 British and Irish Lions tour to New Zealand. Senio also left after playing second fiddle to starting Chiefs' half-back, Byron Kelleher, who is also an All Black.
